    Description

    Millard Fillmore Autographed Letter Signed as President. One page with integral blank, 5" x 8"; November 13, 1852. A brief letter regarding plans for a hospital or asylum: "I have received your note and the original drawings of the hospital or asylum; but not the copies witch I desired..."
    Condition: The letter has two horizontal folds; with mounting stains along left margin not affecting text. Adhesive stains along same edge on verso; otherwise very good. Together with an engraving of Fillmore, removed from a book.
