    John Quincy Adams Signed Land Grant "J. Q. Adams". One partially printed page of vellum, 15.25" x 10", November 1, 1827, granting David Hubbard of Lincoln County, Missouri 80 acres. Countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office, George Graham.

    Condition: Lightly toned with some foxing. Fold creases easily remedied and quite suitable for framing. Blind embossed paper seal has been removed. Boldly signed by John Quincy Adams during his one term in office.
