John Quincy Adams Land Grant Signed "J.Q. Adams." One page of vellum, 15.5" x 9.75", Washington, D.C.; July 25, 1826. Document No. 3681, granting "William Bush of Tipacanoe County, Indiana...eighty acres" in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Countersigned by George Graham as Commissioner of the General Land Office. With a blind embossed paper seal at the lower left. Docketing on verso.

Condition: Flattened folds, with additional creasing around the seal. Light edge toning. Spots of soiling throughout.
