Document granting "Thomas Fry of Clay County...eighty acres." Countersigned by George Graham as Commissioner of the General Land Office. With a blind embossed paper seal.

    Condition: Lightly toned throughout, with slight creasing from folds and around embossed seal. Light foxing on verso.
