John Quincy Adams Land Grant Signed "J.Q. Adams". One partially-printed vellum page, 15.75" x 9.75", Washington, D.C.; January 8, 1828. Document granting "Thomas Fry of Clay County...eighty acres." Countersigned by George Graham as Commissioner of the General Land Office. With a blind embossed paper seal.

Condition: Lightly toned throughout, with slight creasing from folds and around embossed seal. Light foxing on verso.
