One page, partially printed on vellum, 15.75" x 9.75", Washington, December 20, 1827, granting "...Nathan Archer of Monroe County Ohio...the East half of the North East quarter of Section Two...containing Eighty Acres and Eighty-four hundredths of an Acre..." Blind embossed paper seal of the Land Grant Office attached. Countersigned by George Graham as commissioner of the General Land Office. Smoothed folds with light toning along the upper edge and soiling at upper left corner. Slight staining in the middle.Auction Info
