Document granting "David Brooks...One hundred and Sixty Acres...the northeast qr. of Section One of Township in north in Range three west...Illinois." Countersigned by Josiah Meigs as Commissioner of the General Land-Office. With a blind embossed paper seal.

    Condition: Lightly toned throughout with slight creasing from folds. Some areas of light soiling, does not affect any of the text. Clip of paper adhered on verso.
