One page, 4.75" x 7.75", Washington, January 19, 1872, to George Hatch regarding the receipt of the portraits of Henry Clay and Theodore Frelinghuysen to be given "...to the Congressional Library for preservation." Matted and framed with an engraved portrait to an overall size of 19.5" x 24".
