    Herbert Hoover Signed Image, Inscribed to Kay Summersby. 7.75" x 9.75", undated. A photo reproduction of a drawing of Hoover signed: "To Captain Kay Summersby / With the Good Wishes of, Herbert Hoover." Kay Summersby served as Dwight Eisenhower's chauffeur and personal secretary during World War II. Although it is generally agreed that they had grown intimate during their time together, it has never been established that the affair was consummated. From the Estate of Malcolm S. Forbes.

    Condition: A few light creases along right margin and in the image, to the right of Hoover's face, age toning.
