    Harry Truman Signed Color Portrait & Printed State of the Union Speech. This lot contains two handsome and displayable items. The first is a color print on heavy stock of a painted presidential portrait of Truman by Greta Kempton, 9.25" x 12", signed in the wide lower border "Kindest regards to Paul K. Howard Jr. Independence, Oct 18, '55 Harry Truman". Fine condition with minor staining in right margin- would mat out.

    The second item is an attractive printed speech, 10.25" x 8", over a background of a map of the United States. It consists of the last six paragraphs of Truman's 1950 State of the Union Address. He has signed at the top "Thank you- Harry Truman 10/5/63." Very Fine condition. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
