He adds: "Played Blue Danube. Oct. 11, 1944." Truman is likely attending a recital, but the occasion and recipient of the request are unknown. From the Estate of Malcolm S. Forbes.
Condition: Heavy toning and some mat burn; however, ink remains bold. Cello tape and mounting remnants on verso.
