One partially-printed vellum page, 16" x 19.5", Philadelphia, March 19, 1793, countersigned by War Secretary Henry Knox, appointing Leonard Covington "Lieutenant of Light Dragoons in the Service of the United States." This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
