    Franklin Roosevelt Signed Paycheck as President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy, dated October 30, 1943, payable to Franklin D. Roosevelt/ The White House/ Washington, D.C., in the amount of $5,020.80. The check, numbered 84,620 at the top right, measures 8.25" x 3.5". FDR endorsed the check on the verso as is customary when cashing a check. FDR's signature is bold, and there are red and black stamps on the verso surrounding FDR's signature that indicate his presidential pay was deposited to his Guaranty Trust Company of New York account. The check is professionally matted and framed in dark wood to an overall dimension of the presentation piece of 12 x 7" on a stand with decorative wood inlay.

    A terrific, historic and rare item of significance to FDR himself, his October, 1943 pay check as President of the United States of America! Measuring 3 ½ x 8 ¼," the check, numbered 84, 620 at the top right and 3595 at the bottom left is from the Treasurer of the United States, signed by H. B. Smith, the Special Assistant Treasurer of the United States, payable to Franklin D. Roosevelt/ The White House/ Washington, D.C., in the amount of $5,020.80, and dated October 30, 1943. FDR endorses the check on the verso as is customary when cashing a check. FDR's signature is bold, and there are red and black stamps on the verso surrounding FDR's signature that indicate his Presidential pay was deposited to his Guaranty Trust Company of New York account. FDR received his salary in World War II as President of the United States on the day in which the United States 5th Army captured Mondragone, Italy. Truly a fabulous item, FDR's paycheck as President of the United States and Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy during World War II. FDR's check is professionally matted and framed in dark wood to an overall dimension of the presentation piece of 7 x 12" on a decorative stand with decorative wood inlay.
