DescriptionFlorence K. Harding Typed Letter Signed "Florence Kling Harding". 5.25" x 6.75", Marion, Ohio, October 25, 1920. A letter to a Mr. Collier:
"I thank you for your letter. It was here upon our return. Also the copy of the Outlook carrying your statement which I was very much pleased to see. You are doing splendid work, and I am intensely interested in all you write. The situation does not seem to hold any flaws anywhere. We have been having the most wonderful meetings everywhere, throngs and throngs of people everywhere Mr. Harding has appeared. I have been both awed and inspired. We are sorry not to have had the pleasure of seeing you in Rochester. My time is limited, so I make use of a secretary, and this carries with it, official stationery. Our very best wishes to Mrs. Collier and yourself, and expressing the hope that we shall see you soon in Washington".
A week later, Florence's husband, Warren G. Harding would be elected the 29th president of the United States.
