In this document, the president notifies King Faisal II of Iraq that he has chosen "Burton Y. Berry as my Representative . . . to attend the ceremonies incident to the coronation of Your Majesty as King of Iraq." Countersigned by Secretary of State John Foster Dulles. Two file holes on left and right margin. Minor separation beginning at central fold.
