    Chester A. Arthur Program Signed "Chester A Arthur." Three pages of a bifolium, 5" x 8" (10" x 8" when laid open), New York; November 26, 1883. Boldly signed on the third page of the program for the "Unveiling of the Statue of George Washington" on Wall Street in New York. Arthur is listed sixth on the program, accepting "the Statue on behalf of the Government."

    Condition: Light edge toning. Creasing and separations starting at the center fold. A few spots of soiling.
