Benjamin Harrison Document Signed. "Benj. Harrison" One page, partially-printed, 15.75" x 19.75", Washington, December 5, 1890, appointment naming J. Dukas as Consul of Monaco at New York, with the Seal of the United States affixed at lower left. Countersigned by James G. Blaine as Secretary of State. Includes COA from Harlan J. Berk, Ltd.Condition: Smooth folds causing a tiny hole at the center, several spots of foxing, with some fading to the ink.
