It reads in part: "Given under my Hand and the Seal of the United States of America..." Boldly signed, "Andrew Jackson." Countersigned by John Forsyth as Secretary of State and Samuel Swartwout as Collector for the Port of New York.Condition: Lightly soiled and foxed. Smoothed folds.
