Description

Andrew Jackson Land Grant Signed "Andrew Jackson". One partially printed page of vellum, 15.75" x 9.75" (sight), Washington, D.C.; December 2, 1830. Countersigned by Elijah Hayward, Commissioner of the General Land Office. Numbered "11033" the document grants "John O. Dell, of Carroll County, Indiana...the East half of the South East quarter of section Eighteen in Township twenty five north, of Range one West in the District of lands subject to sale at Crawfordsville, Indiana, containing Eighty Acres..." Blind embossed paper seal of Land Grant office in left corner. Matted and framed with a portrait of Jackson and plaque to an overall size of 31.25" x 19".

Condition: Flattened folds, with some light soiling in places throughout. Else very good.
