    Description

    [Kennedy Assassination]. Six Signed Items and Two Press Releases, all related to JFK's assassination. The signed items include a Detective James R. Leavelle letter and photograph (each has been signed), two insurance memoranda concerning Lee Harvey Oswald signed by insurance managers, Officer Nick McDonald signed facsimile of Oswald's arrest report, and an attorney Henry Wade letter signed. The two press releases concern the arrival of Oswald to Dallas' Parkland Hospital. All items are in fine condition.

    More specific information regarding the six signed items follows:

     

    James R. Leavelle signed letter dated 1992 concerning the assassination of Oswald, along with a signed photograph.

     

    Two insurance memoranda concerning Lee Harvey Oswald's insurance policy (dated November 27, 1963, and December 30, 1963).

     

    Facsimile of Oswald's arrest report, signed by the arresting officer Nick McDonald.

     

    Henry Wade letter signed (November 12, 1987) concerning the trial of Jack Ruby. (Wade was the prosecuting attorney during Ruby's trial.)

     

    A memorandum from the National Life and Accident Insurance Company signed by Life Claims Division Supervisor C. H. Barr stating that a check for $863 has been sent to Marguerite Oswald, dated November 27, 1963.

     

    A memorandum from the National Life and Accident Insurance Company signed by Southwest Manager Ed Howard concerning "Lee Harvey Oswald / Deceased," dated December 30, 1963.
