    Reading in part, "The Committee of Arrangements for reception of the President of the U.S. To Isaac Stall. . . . For hire of Barouche & Horses for the occasion - $6. Newport Nov. 25, 1833. Received payment of Chris G. Champlin, Chariman of the committee. [Signed] Isaac Stall."
