    Thomas Jefferson and James Madison: Signed Land Grant for Revolutionary War Veteran. 12" x 14.5" vellum printed &manuscript document, signed by "Th. Jefferson" as President and "James Madison" as Secretary of State. Washington, D.C. April 30, 1807. It grants 889 acres in Ohio (Northwest Territory) to Colonel John Nevill of Virginia. Normal fold, small hole towards the bottom, not affecting text or signatures. Double-matted and framed to an overall size of 17.5" x 27.5". Signatures of two "Founding Fathers" on one document!
