Thomas Willing ALS, "Thos. Willing,", two pages with address panel, Bank of the United States, September 21, 1796, to J. Burrall, New York. Regards stock purchase. Fine condition. Willing (1731-1821) was a former member of the Continental Congress and a business partner with Robert Morris. From the collection of Henry E. Luhrs.
