Taney his attorney complains that the said Peter and John on the _____ day of _____ at the County aforesaid, with force and Arms; that is to say with swords clubs knives and fists made an assault on him the said Joshua..." Taney signs at bottom as attorney for the plaintiff.
Condition: Filing docket on verso. Partial separations at folds and uneven toning. Light chipping at edges.
