One hundred and Sixty (160) acres of Land, situated . . . In Lamar County." Docketed on the verso. Coke (1829-1897) served eighteen years in the U.S. Senate as a representative of Texas following his one term as Texas' fifteenth governor. Ink bleed-through from the verso. Staining from the affixed seal at the lower right corner. Areas of paper loss along the lower horizontal fold.
