Partly-printed document signed, "William H. Seward", one page on vellum, 11.25" x 18", Washington, D.C., May 28, 1861. A diplomatic passport for John Randolph Clay. Stamped by the French consulate at London. Very fine condition.
Also, two clipped signatures in very good condition. From the collection of Henry E. Luhrs.
