Melvin Belli Autograph Statement Signed. One page, 7.25" x 10.5", circa August 1977. Written on verso of letter from Esquire Senior Editor, Geoffrey Norman, asking Belli about professional regrets. In full:
"I regret not having accepted Fredi Benjamin's offer to spend 6 months in Tibet alternately for six years as his commercial assistant. - He was at the time (1933) one of the biggest importers - exporters in the interior of China - provided I would still have been a lawyer & not a merchant Prince. - Melvin Belli."
Condition: Card with Hand's signature is lightly toned, otherwise both items are in fine condition.
