    Samuel Osgood (Postmaster General 1789-1791): DS (1801); DS (1803).

    Timothy Pickering (Postmaster General 1791-1795, Secretary of State 1795-1797, Secretary of War 1795-1796): ALS 2pp (1785); two clipped signatures (as Secretary of State).

    Joseph Habersham (Postmaster General 1795-1797): ALS 2pp (1805); closing from ALS (1793).

    Oliver Wolcott Jr. (Secretary of the Treasury 1795-1797): ALS 2pp (1824); ALS (1802); LS (1799); ALS (1803); ANS- third person (1817).

    Henry Knox (Secretary of War 1789-1794): clipped signature laid down to engraving (nd).

    James McHenry (Secretary of War 1796-1797): two clipped signatures as Secy of War.

    Charles Lee (Attorney General 1795-1797): ANS (1784).

    Also included are: George Taylor Jr (ALS 1795); Robert H Harrison (clipped signature 1776); Amos Kendall (clipped signature). Condition varies; generally very good. From the Henry E. Luhrs Collection. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
