Edmund Randolph Letter Signed as Secretary of State. One page, 7.75" x 9.75", Philadelphia, November 24, 1794. With this letter, Randolph informs Joseph Pitcairn that "The President of the United States desiring to avail the public of your services as Vice-Consul of the United States at Paris in France, I have now the honor of enclosing you the Commission."
