McCall Esquire, the content discusses land prices and taxes, it reads in part, "…Mr. Kane tells me that in consequence of a confirmation lately taken place of titles on Military grants that lands there have considerably risen in value - some up to 5 dollars!…" Clymer was a Declaration of Independence Signer representing Pennsylvania.
The letter is in fine condition; usual folds are present; edges are worn and torn slightly; residue and small hole present from wax seal removal.
