The loan is to be collateralized with land, and the rest of the document outlines the land and payments to be made. Signed, "Ch. Carroll of Carrollton" on the second page. With a filing dockets on verso of the integral page.
Condition: Light foxing; bold ink remains highly legible. Staining along folds of integral sheet.
