Morton (signature on a card adding "Rhinebeck 1888"), William H.H. Miller (4 signatures), John W. Noble (AES and a signature on a card); Redfield Proctor (DS and signature on a card); Jeremiah Rusk (DS and 3 signatures); J.R. Soley (signature); Benjamin F. Tracy (3 signatures); John Wanamaker (2 TLsS, 3 signed engravings of Independence Hall, one clipped signature); Stephen B. Elkins (TLS, LS, and a signature); James G. Blaine (signature); Charles Foster (2 signatures); and Henry B. Brown (signature on a card). Overall condition is good to very good, with many pieces having mounting remnants to verso.
