[Texas Rangers]. Lawrence S. Ross Signed Appointment as Texas governor. One partly-printed vellum page, 14" x 8.5", Austin, May 20, 1889. Governor Ross, who had served as a Texas Ranger in the early 1860s, appoints Albert Jennings a notary public for Falls County, Texas. Smoothed folds with very minor foxing.Auction Info
