A pay voucher, written and signed by Lubbock in his own hand, stating that Patrick Churchill Jack was entitled to a five-dollar per diem from November 6, 1837, to the above mentioned date, for serving as a member of the House of the Second Congress. In the House, Jack was a representative of his home, the Brazoria Municipality, from September 29, 1837, to November 13, 1838.
Condition: Even toning, with some ink bleeding/smudging, and a small area of loss at the upper-right corner.
