    Skylab III (SL-4): Three Signed Items, Two by the Full Crew. Three signed items, as follows:
    (1) A typed letter signed by the crew, one page, NASA letterhead, 8" x 10.5", April 2, 1974, Houston, Texas. Thanking a correspondent for his interest and support. In part: "...The material and information gained from these flights will, no doubt, serve man well in his quest to better understand himself and his environment..." Signed at close: "Jerry Carr", "Ed Gibson", and "Bill Pogue". Excellent condition.
    (2) A 10" x 8" NASA color white spacesuit crew litho print, signed: "Jerry Carr", "Ed Gibson", and "Bill Pogue". Excellent condition.
    (3) An autograph letter signed from Ed Gibson. One page, 8.5" x 11", on a decorative International Stamp Collectors Society page, October 11, 1983, no place, to "Vanessa". In full: "I flew on the last/ Skylab, Skylab III, which/ lasted 84 days. It was/ our country's first space/ station. The main lesson/ that we all learned is that/ 'Continuous presence in space/ is the same as continuous/ progress.' We need to have/ our National leaders realize/ this now and let NASA build/ a space station. Thanks for/ writing! Ed Gibson". Great content. One major vertical fold and some soiling, very good condition.
