Signed "Ronald Reagan" on the dust jacket front in black sharpie. Price has been clipped, interior pages very clean. Accompanied by a transmittal letter on White House letterhead from Anne Higgins, Director of Presidential Correspondence, letting the recipient know that she is "holding onto the fly leaf [dust jacket] of your book... in the next couple of months I should be able to have it signed by the President..." Also accompanied by an autopen Reagan signature on heavy card stock with the presidential seal, and a White House card with a printed facsimile signature.
