A formal letter addressed to the president of Argentina, informing him that he has been favored by his fellow countrymen to serve a second term as president; and has begun his tenure as of December 1 of the previous year (1884). This would be the second of 7 terms that Diaz would serve as president. Signed in full on the second page, and countersigned by his Secretary of State.
Condition: Age toning, darker at edges. Slight separations occurring at folds at margins.
