    MUSSOLINI AND VICTOR EMANUELE III SIGNED DOCUMENT.

    9 1/2 x 14 1/2" printed and manuscript legal document, Rome, January 30, 1927, boldly signed by VICTOR EMANUELE (last King of Italy) and BENITO MUSSOLINI,  as Secretary of War. Contains various endorsements, notations and rubber stamps. Removed from an album of government documents, with seven minor tears at far left. We are unsure of the nature of this decree¬≠possibly a military commission. In excellent condition overall.  Please note: Due to the size and/or weight of this lot, additional shipping costs may apply.
