DescriptionFrench King Louis XIV Document Signed. One page, 22.5" x 21.0", February 12, 1710. A manuscript pay warrant directing the Royal Treasurer to release 600 livres to a Lieutenant Colonel of dragoons. The King's large signature is near mid-page beneath secretarially penned text. Light browning as to be expected with three tiny areas of paper loss on folds, one of which touches the bottom of the signature. Very Good condition. Framed and double matted with a small antique engraved portrait of the "Sun King". 22.5" x 21.0". Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
