Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov Letter Signed Manuscript LS: "Nicolas Rimsky-Korsakow," in French, 1.5 pages, separate conjoined leaves, 4.25" x 6.75 inches. St. Petersburg, December 31, 1907, to Gallois and Demogerot in Paris. The Russian composer writes, in part, that "it is not necessary to send me, at this moment, the cuts which you have," but they may write to him again in the future. Rimsky-Korsakov's works include "Scheherazade," "Song of India," and "The Flight of the Bumblebee." Burn marks on both pages result in a half-inch hole in the lower right of the second leaf. Light staining at "Korsakow". Overall, in very good condition. Accompanied by LOA from PSA/DNA.
