    [Civil War]. Group of Two Fourth Illinois Calvary Signatures including: Jacob G. Lauman Clipped Signature. One page, 4.25" x 1.25", n. p., n. d. Lauman (1813-1867) was a brigadier general during the war. [and:] Theophilus Lyle Dickey Card Signed. One page, 3.5" x 2.25", n. p., n. d. Dickey (1811-1885), a colonel in the 4th Illinois Calvary, saw action in the Battle of Shiloh. Following the war, he served as assistant attorney general for the United States.
