Melvin Purvis: Document Signed, Check, 8.25" x 3", front and verso, November 25, 1941, Florence, South Carolina. The check, for $80, is payable to the People's Federal Savings and Loan Association. With the usual cancellations, well away from the signature. Matted and framed (23" x 19.25" overall) with a printed picture of Purvis and a John Dillinger wanted poster.
