[Document in square brackets signifies missing text along right margin.] The manuscript goes on to follow the various land transfers that have occurred since the initial grant was issued, and petitions Governor Penn to bar any claims on the by anyone other than Daniel Andrew, the original recipient of the grant. Joseph Shippen's signature on page thirteen attests that the Governor passed the Act on June 29, 1775.

The document is fragile, with chipping along the right margins of all pages resulting in a few lost letters. Very delicate at folds, with separations thereat. Toning throughout.
