    John F. Kennedy Appointment Signed as president. One partly-printed page, 20" x 16", "City of Washington," April 17, 1962, appointing "Raymond H. Dwigans, of Texas, Collector of Customs for Customs Collection District No. 24." Countersigned by Treasury Secretary Douglas Dillon. Dillon's signature has faded, though it is still distinct, while President Kennedy's signature is very clear. With patriotic vignettes near the top of the document and a seal in the lower left corner. Paper has toned.
