Ladd who was Assignee of the Children and heirs at Law of the said George Lee Turberville, and also Assignee of John Hull Assignee of the Children and legal Representatives of John Hull, deceased, who was Heir at Law to the said Edwin Hull...two hundred and thirty acres..." in the Ohio River valley. With blind embossed paper seal at lower left and docketing on the verso.
