    Wernher von Braun Autograph Note Signed "Wernher von Braun". One page, 7.25" x 11", on his personal letterhead, Huntsville, Alabama, April 20, 1953, to Mr. Ashley T. Cole, New York. Wernher von Braun favors noted New York lawyer and collector Ashley Cole with an autograph. Coincidentally the note is dated the same day as Hitler's birthday, von Braun's former boss. Von Braun was the father of modern rocketry, key in the development of the German rocket program during WWII and helping the U.S. in its race to the moon post-WWII.

    Condition: Bold, bright with old smoothed fold creases, in excellent condition.
