    Thomas Edison Stock Certificate Signed "Thos. A. Edison". Partially printed page, 12.5" x 8.25", New Jersey; October 18, 1922. A stock for the Phonograph Corporation of Indiana, signed by Edison as President. Certificate No. 15, issuing 400 shares and cosigned by Henry Miller as Treasurer. On verso, the certificate was signed by Charles Edison in 1924. Accented in gold leaf, with a gold corporate seal. On front has been written, "Cancelled Sept. 2, 1924" in red ink. Cancellation punch holes affect Edison's signature.

    Condition: Toning along the edges. The left margin is uneven. As mentioned, the cancellation punch holes affect parts of Edison's signature.
