    Thomas A. Edison Signed Corporate Minutes with related documents. Total of seven pages (on six sheets of paper), 8.25" x 11"; West Orange, New Jersey. Pages 19-21 of a Corporate Minutes book, headed: "MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF EDISON STORAGE BATTERY COMPANY." The minutes record attendance of stockholders present in person as well as the stockholders represented by proxy for the purpose of electing directors of the board. The minutes are signed at the conclusion by Thomas Edison, Charles Edison (as chairman of the board), Henry Lanahan, Harry F. Miller, John V. Miller, William H. Meadowcroft, and C.S. Williams, Jr. Together with a sworn statement signed by F. C. Erwin and B.R. Berry as inspectors of the election, asserting the total number of votes received; a sworn statement by H.H. Eckert; an unengrossed proxy for the election; and a typed letter from Eckert dated October 28, 1925 giving notice of the election and annual meeting.

    Condition: Evenly toned, with small chips of paper loss along the left margin of the pages containing the minutes. Page marked 19 has a strip of paper adhered along the left margin and some buckling resulting. Page marked 21 has bit of paper loss at lower left corner and clean tear at top of page that has been repaired with archival tape on verso.
