    Description

    Henry IV, King of Castile, Document Signed. One page, 10.75" x 10.5", May 20, 1470. A royal decree permitting Juana de Luna, Countess of San Esteban, to sell part of her estate. Signed "Yo el Rey" at bottom; also signed by his secretary, Juan de Oviedo. Elegantly matted and framed to an overall size of 18.75" x 18".

    Condition: Light staining affects the King's signature. With restoration to partial separations at folds. Stray foxing.
