    George Washington Autograph Document Signed. One page, 9.25" x 3" (sight), Williamsburg; April 25, 1760. A receipt that reads in full: "Recd. of Mrs McKenzie Ten pounds Sixteen Shillings Being a year Intt on her Bond due 23 May next." Boldly signed, "Go: Washington." Matted and framed with an image of Washington, a print engraving of his tomb by J.W. Steel, and a placard to an overall size of 14.75" x 25.5". Not examined outside of the frame.

    Condition: Heavy chipping along edges including .5" open tear at top left corner and .5" tear on upper right corner has been reattached on verso by tape. Document is lightly toned from age with minute foxing and rubbing. Smoothed folds.
