In FDR's own hand in its entirety, an autograph letter signed on Memorandum letterhead as Governor of New York, 1p, 8vo, October 28, 1931, in dark pencil. FDR writes: "Dear Fred–/ Please note the petition in opposition to a new addition to highway map./ In case a bill for it passes next winter let me have this memo./ FDR." This handwritten memorandum by FDR could have been written to Mr. Fred Freestone, Master of the New York State Grange who was also appointed by FDR to his New York Power Authority's Board of Trustees during this time of his Governorship. FDR was engaging in strategy relating to a legislative attempt to oppose one of his initiatives, and preparing the way in case the bill ultimately passed the New York State legislature. A very interesting memorandum from Governor Roosevelt, written entirely in his own hand.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
